App Catalog

The App Catalog is a centralized library of applications within Zluri’s Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. It enables employees to discover and request access to applications based on organizational governance policies.

All access requests follow pre-defined approval workflows configured by admins to ensure secure and compliant access provisioning.

Accessing the App Catalog

Visit:

https://app.zluri.com/user/applications

If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, you'll be logged in automatically without needing to enter credentials.

If you encounter access issues:

  • Use Google Chrome
  • Update your browser
  • Restart your device
  • Try an alternate browser (e.g., Microsoft Edge)
  • Contact your IT support team if the issue persists

Navigating the App Catalog

The App Catalog interface is organized into sections that help you find, request, and manage application access. The two primary areas are:

Left Navigation Panel

Zluri’s left navigation menu gives admins streamlined access to all key modules for managing application access and provisioning. Here's an overview of each section:

  • Overview – Default landing page showing app usage insights, pending approvals, and organizational metrics.
  • Applications – Central place to view and manage all apps used across the organization, by departments, or assigned to individuals.
  • Access Reviews – Initiate and manage certification campaigns to review and validate user access.
  • Access Requests – Monitor and approve incoming employee requests for app access.
  • Tasks – View and complete manual provisioning tasks, especially in cases where automation is not supported.
  • Help – Quickly reach Zluri’s support resources or get in touch with the customer success team.

Overview Page

The Overview page offers a personalized summary of your application access and key activity stats. It serves as a central dashboard for quick actions and insights.

  • Pending Approvals
    Displays the number of access requests currently awaiting your action. Click View Approvals to review and act.
  • Ongoing Certifications
    Shows the number of active access reviews you're a part of. Click View to proceed to the certification dashboard.
  • App Launcher
    Quick access to applications available to you. Apps are grouped into:
    • Most Used – Frequently accessed apps based on your usage.
    • Favourites – Apps you’ve marked for quicker access.
  • App Usage Tiles
    Visual metrics showing:
    • Number of apps used by you
    • Apps used in your department
    • Apps used across your organization
  • Access Requests
    Start a new request by clicking Request Access to an Application. The tile also shows the number of access requests you've raised.
