Prerequisites

Before starting the integration:

• Ensure you have Admin access to your Salesforce-V2 account.
• Make sure Zluri's IP address is whitelisted in your Salesforce Network Access settings.
  • 📩 Contact Zluri Support to get the required IP address.

Step 1: Get Your Salesforce Domain

• Go to your Salesforce account.
• If your domain is: https://mycompany.salesforce.com, then your domain is mycompany.
• Paste mycompany into the Domain field on the Zluri integration page.

Step 2: (Optional) Filter Users by License Types

• If you want to fetch only specific user types:
  • Provide license type names in the License Types field.
  • Separate multiple values with commas.

Example: CSN_User,CSN_Admin,OIDC

Step 3: Start Integration on Zluri

• Go to Zluri’s integrations page.
• Click on Connect Integration or Connect another instance for Salesforce-V2.

Step 4: Select Scopes

• Review the Required Scopes listed.
• Optionally, add Additional Scopes if needed based on your requirements.
• Click Next to proceed.

Step 5: Authorize Connection

Depending on who is authorizing:

Self-Authorization

• If you have access, proceed to login and authorize the integration yourself.

Co-worker Authorization

• You can invite a co-worker to authorize on your behalf:
  1. Enter their name and email.
  2. Zluri will send them a Connect Code via email.
  3. The co-worker can use that code to approve the request and proceed with the connection.

Step 6: Confirm Authorization

• Once either you or your co-worker has approved access, Salesforce will be connected.
• You should see a confirmation message that says:

  ✅

  "Well done! Zluri integration with your app is successfully completed."

✅ You're now integrated with Salesforce-V2 on Zluri!
