Fix common CyberArk integration errors

CYBERARK_401: The credentials used to connect the integration are invalid.
When this error occurs
The credentials (API key or application key) used to connect the CyberArk integration are invalid or expired.
How to fix it
- Ensure the credentials used are correct and valid.
- If credentials have expired or been revoked, generate new credentials in CyberArk and reconnect the integration.
CYBERARK_403: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions.
When this error occurs
The account used for the integration lacks required permissions.
How to fix it
- Modify the user account’s permissions so it has the necessary access.
- If permissions were revoked, reconnect the integration using an account that has the correct permissions.
CYBERARK_101: The Tenant ID provided was invalid or wrong.
When this error occurs
The Tenant ID used for the integration is incorrect, inactive, or deleted.
How to fix it
- Verify the correct Tenant ID and reconnect the integration.
- If the tenant was deleted or is inactive, ensure the tenant is active before reconnecting.
CYBERARK_405: The credentials used to connect the integration are invalid.
When this error occurs
This is similar to error 401 and occurs when credentials are incorrect or expired.
How to fix it
- Check the credentials entered.
- If they expired or were revoked, generate new ones and reconnect.
