Fix common Trello integration errors

This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Trello with Zluri, along with instructions on how to fix them.

TRE_100: Invalid API Token or API Key

When this error occurs

This error occurs if the API key or token used to connect Trello with Zluri is invalid, expired, or has been revoked.

How to fix it

  • Follow the instructions in the Trello integration document to generate a valid API key and token.
  • Copy the API key and token exactly as generated and ensure there are no missing or extra characters.
  • If the existing token is expired or revoked, generate a new token.
  • Reconnect the Trello integration in Zluri.

TRE_101: User does not have sufficient permissions to access Actions resource

When this error occurs

This error occurs if the Trello user used to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access the Actions resource, or if those permissions were modified or revoked.

How to fix it

  • Verify that the Trello user has the required permissions to access the Actions resource.
  • Update the user’s permissions in Trello if required.
  • Reconnect the Trello integration in Zluri after confirming permissions.

TRE_102: User does not have sufficient permissions to access Organization Members resource

When this error occurs

This error occurs if the Trello user used to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access Organization Members data, or if those permissions were modified or revoked.

How to fix it

  • Ensure the Trello user has the required permissions to access Organization Members.
  • Modify the user’s permissions in Trello if needed.
  • Reconnect the Trello integration in Zluri.
