Connect
This guide provides the steps to connect a PagerDuty account to Zluri
Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, ensure the following:
- PagerDuty Administrator account access.
Step 1: Get API Credentials from PagerDuty

Log in to the PagerDuty account.

Navigate to Integrations → API Access Keys.

Click Create New API Key.

Provide a description for the key (e.g.,
Zluri Integration), then click Create Key.

Copy and securely store the newly generated API key.

Access the generated API key: Once the key is created, ensure the API key is visible. Copy it and store it securely for use in Zluri.
Step 2: Begin Integration in Zluri
- Log in to the Zluri dashboard.
- Navigate to the PagerDuty Integration page.
- Click Connect Integration or Connect another instance if the integration has been connected before.
Step 3: Review & Add Scopes

Review the required scopes listed for the integration.

Add additional scopes if needed for custom use cases or access.
Authorization Options:
Self-Authorization
- Proceed to Step 4 to authorize the integration.
Co-worker Authorization
- Enter a co-worker’s details to share the access request.
- Zluri sends an invite email or link containing a unique Connect Code.
- The co-worker can approve and proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: Authorize Connection Request

Based on the authorization method (self or co-worker), enter the required credentials.

Paste the PagerDuty API Key into the connection form in Zluri.

Click Connect to complete the integration.
Integration Complete! PagerDuty is now successfully connected to Zluri.
Note: Admin privileges in PagerDuty are required to complete this integration.
