Prerequisites

Before you begin the integration:

• Ensure you have a PagerDuty Administrator account.

🔐 Step 1: Get API Credentials from PagerDuty

To generate an API key:

1. Click on Create New API Key.
2. Provide a description for the key (e.g., Zluri Integration) and click Create Key.
3. Copy and securely store the newly generated API key.
4. Log in to https://pagerduty.com using your admin credentials.
5. Navigate to Integrations → API Access Keys.

🔗 Step 2: Begin Integration in Zluri

1. Log in to your Zluri dashboard.
2. Navigate to the PagerDuty Integration page.
3. Click on Connect Integration or Connect another instance.

🛠️ Step 3: Review & Add Scopes

• Review the listed Required Scopes for this integration.
• You may also add Additional Scopes as per your requirements.

Authorization Options:

🔐 Self-Authorization

Proceed to Step 4 to complete the authorization yourself.

👥 Co-worker Authorization

• Share access with another admin by entering their details.
• Zluri will send an invite email or link with a unique Connect Code.
• The invited admin can approve and proceed to Step 4.

✅ Step 4: Authorize Connection Request

• Based on your authorization type (self or co-worker), enter the required credentials.
• Paste the generated PagerDuty API Key into the connection form in Zluri.
• Click Connect.

🎉 Done! PagerDuty is now successfully connected to Zluri.

You must have Admin access in PagerDuty to complete this integration.
