Fix common Site24x7 integration errors

This page lists common errors and known issues encountered when integrating Site24x7 with Zluri, along with steps to resolve them.

SIT_101: The credentials provided are invalid.

When this error occurs

This error appears when the Client ID or Client Secret used to connect the Site24x7 integration is incorrect or no longer valid.

How to fix it

  • Verify the Client ID and Client Secret entered in the integration.
  • If the integration disconnected due to expired or revoked credentials, generate new credentials and reconnect the integration.
SIT_102: The user does not have sufficient permissions.

When this error occurs

The account used to connect the Site24x7 integration lacks the required permissions.

How to fix it

  • Update the user permissions so the account has enough access to connect the integration.
  • If the permissions for the connected account were modified or revoked later, restore the required permissions and reconnect the integration.
SIT_103: The user does not have sufficient permissions.

When this error occurs

This is identical to SIT_102 and appears when the user account does not have the necessary permissions to connect the integration.

How to fix it

  • Ensure the user account has the required permissions.
  • If permissions were changed or revoked, correct them and reconnect the integration.
SIT_104: The user does not have sufficient permissions.

When this error occurs

This error shows up when the user account used for the integration does not have adequate permissions.

How to fix it

  • Adjust the user permissions to meet the required access level.
  • If permissions were revoked for the user who connected the integration, restore them and reconnect the integration.
