This error occurs when the Site24x7 user lacks the Owner or Administrator privileges required to connect the integration. To resolve this error, make sure the user has one of these privileges in Site24x7, and try to connect again.

This error occurs when the user’s privileges in Site24x7 were changed or revoked after establishing the connection. To resolve this error, restore the user’s Owner or Administrator privileges in Site24x7 and reconnect the integration.
