ZHP_403: The token used to connect the integration is invalid or expired.
When this error occurs
This error appears when the token used to authenticate the Zoho People integration is invalid or no longer active.
How to fix it
- Generate a new token in Zoho People.
- Reconnect the integration using the new token.
ZHP_404: Login has been disabled for this organization.
When this error occurs
This error appears when Zoho People returns status code 7001, which means the login associated with the integration has been disabled.
How to fix it
- Contact the Zoho People administrator to re-enable the login.
- Reconnect the integration after access is restored.
