JAM-100-A: The Client ID and Client secret used are invalid
This error occurs when connecting Jamf Pro to Zluri with incorrect OAuth credentials (when SSO is enabled).
To resolve this error:
- Verify that you're using the correct Client ID and Client Secret from your Jamf Pro API client
- Ensure the credentials were copied correctly without any extra spaces or missing characters
- Confirm that the API client is enabled in Jamf Pro
- Follow the integration guide to verify your API client configuration
JAM-100-B: The Client ID and Client secret used earlier is expired or removed
This error occurs when the OAuth credentials used to connect Jamf Pro to Zluri have expired or been removed.
To resolve this error, create a new API client with fresh credentials by following the integration guide, then reconnect the integration.
JAM-101-A: The Username and Password used for this integration is invalid
This error occurs when connecting Jamf Pro to Zluri with incorrect username and password credentials (when SSO is disabled).
To resolve this error:
- Verify that you're using the correct Username and Password
- Ensure the credentials were entered correctly without any extra spaces or missing characters
- Confirm that the user account exists and is active in Jamf Pro
- Make sure the user has the necessary API privileges
JAM-101-B: The Username and Password used for this integration has become invalid
This error occurs when the username and password used to connect Jamf Pro to Zluri are no longer valid.
To resolve this error, verify the user credentials are still active and have the required permissions, then reconnect the integration with valid username and password.
JAM-102-A: The subdomain used for this integration is invalid
This error occurs when connecting Jamf Pro to Zluri with an incorrect organization subdomain.
To resolve this error:
- Verify your Jamf Pro subdomain is correct
- If you access Jamf Pro through
yourcompany.jamfcloud.com
, enter onlyyourcompany
as the organization - Ensure there are no typos in the subdomain name
- Confirm the subdomain is active and accessible
JAM-102-B: The subdomain used for this integration has become invalid
This error occurs when the organization subdomain used to connect Jamf Pro to Zluri is no longer valid or accessible.
To resolve this error, verify the correct subdomain and reconnect the integration with the valid organization name.
JAM-103-A: User does not have sufficient permissions to access users
This error occurs when the user connecting Jamf Pro to Zluri lacks the necessary privileges to read user information.
To resolve this error:
- Ensure the API role includes the "Read User" privilege
- Verify the API role has "Read User Extension Attributes" permission
- Confirm the API client is assigned the correct API role
- Follow the integration guide to set up the required permissions
JAM-103-B: The permissions to access users have been revoked
This error occurs when the user who connected Jamf Pro to Zluri has lost the required permissions to access user data.
To resolve this error, ensure the API role still has the necessary user-related permissions and reconnect the integration.
JAM-104-A: User does not have sufficient permissions to access usergroups
This error occurs when the user connecting Jamf Pro to Zluri lacks the necessary privileges to read user group information.
To resolve this error:
- Ensure the API role includes the "Read Static User Groups" privilege
- Verify the API role has "Read Smart User Groups" permission
- Confirm the API client is assigned the correct API role
- Follow the integration guide to set up the required permissions
JAM-104-B: The permissions to access usergroups have been revoked
This error occurs when the user who connected Jamf Pro to Zluri has lost the required permissions to access user group data.
To resolve this error, ensure the API role still has the necessary user group permissions and reconnect the integration.
JAM-105-A: User does not have sufficient permissions to access applications
This error occurs when the user connecting Jamf Pro to Zluri lacks the necessary privileges to read application information.
To resolve this error:
- Ensure the API role includes the "Read Advanced Computer Searches" privilege
- Confirm the API client is assigned the correct API role
- Follow the integration guide to set up the required permissions
JAM-105-B: The permissions to access applications have been revoked
This error occurs when the user who connected Jamf Pro to Zluri has lost the required permissions to access application data.
To resolve this error, ensure the API role still has the necessary application-related permissions and reconnect the integration.
JAM-106-A: The subdomain used for this integration is invalid
This error occurs when connecting Jamf Pro to Zluri and the server cannot be reached due to an invalid subdomain or network issues.
To resolve this error:
- Verify your Jamf Pro subdomain is correct and accessible
- Check that your Jamf Pro instance is online and responding
- Ensure there are no network connectivity issues
- Confirm the subdomain format is correct (e.g.,
yourcompany
foryourcompany.jamfcloud.com
)
JAM-106-B: The subdomain used for this integration has become invalid
This error occurs when the Jamf Pro server becomes unreachable, possibly due to subdomain changes or network issues.
To resolve this error, verify the subdomain is still correct and the Jamf Pro instance is accessible, then reconnect the integration.
