This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating DocuSign with Zluri, along with instructions on how to fix them.
DOC_100: Insufficient account permissions
When this error occurs
This error occurs when DocuSign returns a 403 status code while fetching account information. The user connecting the integration does not have permission to read account details.
This error can occur:
- while connecting DocuSign with Zluri, or
- after the integration is already connected, if the user’s permissions are modified or revoked.
How to fix it
Ensure the user connecting the integration has sufficient permissions to read account information in DocuSign. Update the user permissions and reconnect the integration in Zluri.
DOC_101: User not associated with any DocuSign account
When this error occurs
This error occurs when the user trying to connect the integration does not belong to any DocuSign account. DocuSign returns an empty account response for the user.
How to fix it
Ensure the user belongs to at least one DocuSign account before connecting the integration. Once the user is assigned to an account, reconnect the integration in Zluri.
DOC_102: Insufficient permissions to read users
When this error occurs
This error occurs when DocuSign returns a 403 status code while fetching user details. The user connecting the integration does not have permission to read user information.
How to fix it
Verify that the user connecting the integration has sufficient permissions to read user data in DocuSign. Update the permissions and reconnect the integration in Zluri.
