TGL-100: Missing or invalid organization_id

Missing or invalid organization_id. Please retry with the correct org id.

To resolve:

• Generate a new API token in Toggl Track:
  • Go to Toggl Track → Profile Settings
  • Locate the API Token section
  • Copy the token
• Verify the API token:
  • Copy the entire token without extra spaces
  • Ensure no characters are missing
  • Paste the token exactly as shown
• Reconnect the integration in Zluri using the correct token

TGL-101: User is not authorized to list the organization users

This error occurs when the API token is no longer valid.

Common causes:

• The user reset their API token in Toggl
• The user account associated with the token was deactivated
• Workspace access was removed for the user

To resolve:

• Go to Toggl Track → Profile Settings
• Generate or copy the current API token
• Ensure the user account is active
• Reconnect the integration in Zluri
