Prerequisites

Before you begin the integration in Zluri, ensure that:

• You have a KnowBe4 account with admin access.
• You know your KnowBe4 account region (US or EU).

Step 1: Get the API Key

1. Log in to your KnowBe4 account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings → API section.
3. Click the API option.

Step 2: Enable Reporting API Access

1. Mark the checkbox "Enable Reporting API Access".
2. The system will generate an API Key.
3. Copy and securely save this API key.

Step 3: Determine Your Region

• US Server: Located at training.knowbe4.com → use region value us.
• EU Server: Located at eu.knowbe4.com → use region value eu.

Step 4: Connect KnowBe4 to Zluri

1. In Zluri, select Scopes according to your needs (or choose default scopes for a hassle-free setup).
2. Enter your Region and API Key in the connection settings.
3. Click Connect.
