CAP-100: Authentication failed - API token is invalid, missing, or revoked
When this error occurs
This error occurs when the API token used to connect CaptivateIQ to Zluri is invalid, missing, expired, or revoked.
How to resolve

Generate a new API token
- Sign in to CaptivateIQ.
- Go to User Profile Settings.
- Locate the API Token section.
- Generate a new API token.
- Copy the token immediately.

Verify the API token
- Copy the entire token without extra spaces or line breaks.
- Ensure no characters are missing from the beginning or end.
- Confirm the token is active and has not been revoked.

Reconnect the integration
- Reconnect the CaptivateIQ integration in Zluri using the new API token.
CAP-101: Access denied - API token has insufficient permissions
When this error occurs
This error occurs when the API token is valid, but the user who generated the token does not have the required administrator permissions in CaptivateIQ.
How to resolve

Verify user permissions
- Confirm that the user who generated the API token has the required administrator permissions in CaptivateIQ.
- Review any recent role or permission changes that may affect API access.

Generate a new API token if required
- Generate a new API token using a user account with administrator permissions.

Reconnect the integration
- Reconnect the CaptivateIQ integration in Zluri using the updated API token.
