WIL-100: Invalid request sent to the Willow API
When this error occurs
This error occurs when Zluri sends a request that the Willow API rejects due to an invalid request format or an incorrect integration configuration.
How to resolve

Verify the API key

Confirm the API key entered in Zluri is complete and does not contain extra spaces or missing characters.

Generate a new API key if the existing key is invalid or incorrectly copied:
- Sign in to Willow Teams.
- Go to API Keys.
- Select Create Key.
- Enter a meaningful name.
- Copy the generated key immediately.

Review the integration configuration
- Ensure the API key was pasted correctly into Zluri.
- Remove and re-enter the key if necessary.

Reconnect the integration
- Reconnect the Willow Voice integration in Zluri after updating the API key or configuration.
WIL-101: The Willow API key used for this integration is invalid, expired, or unauthorized
When this error occurs
This error occurs when Zluri attempts to authenticate with the Willow API using an API key that is no longer valid. This can occur during connection or during a sync if the key is revoked or expires after the integration is configured.
How to resolve

Generate a new API key
- Sign in to Willow Teams.
- Go to API Keys.
- Select Create Key.
- Enter a meaningful name for the key.
- Copy the generated key immediately.

Verify the API key
- Copy the entire key without extra spaces or characters.
- Ensure no characters are missing from the beginning or end.

Reconnect the integration
- Open the Willow Voice integration in Zluri.
- Select Reconnect and enter the new API key.
WIL-102: Access denied by the Willow API
When this error occurs
This error occurs when the API key used to connect Willow Voice to Zluri does not have permission to access Willow user data. This can occur during connection or after the integration is connected if the API key permissions change.
How to resolve

Review API key permissions
- Sign in to Willow Teams.
- Go to API Keys.
- Locate the API key used for the Zluri integration.
- Review the assigned permissions.

Create a new API key if required
- Select Create Key.
- Copy the generated key immediately.

Reconnect the integration
- Open the Willow Voice integration in Zluri.
- Select Reconnect and enter the updated API key.
WIL-103: Willow API endpoint could not be reached
When this error occurs
This error occurs when Zluri cannot reach the Willow API endpoint. The Willow API may be temporarily unavailable, the endpoint configuration may be incorrect, or a network issue may prevent communication.
How to resolve

Check Willow API availability
- Review the Willow Voice status page.
- Contact Willow support to confirm there are no active outages or maintenance activities.

Verify the integration configuration
- Ensure the Willow Voice integration is configured correctly in Zluri.
- Confirm no incorrect endpoint overrides are configured.

Retry the connection
- Wait a few minutes and try again if the API is temporarily unavailable.

Reconnect the integration
- Open the Willow Voice integration in Zluri.
- Select Reconnect after confirming the API is available.
