Connect

Prerequisites

• Admin or Owner access to the OpenAI organization that will be connected to Zluri.

Step 1: Generate an Admin Key in OpenAI

1. Sign in to the OpenAI platform.

2. Navigate to Settings → Organization → Admin Keys.

3. Select Create new secret key.

4. Enter a descriptive name for the key (for example, Zluri Integration).

5. Assign the required permissions to the key.

6. Select Create.

7. Copy the generated Admin Key and store it securely.

Important: The Admin Key cannot be viewed again after closing the creation window.

Step 2: Connect OpenAI in Zluri

1. Sign in to Zluri.
2. Open the Integrations Catalog.
3. Search for OpenAI.
4. Open the OpenAI Integration page.
5. Select Connect Integration or Connect another instance if an existing connection is already configured.

Step 3: Review and Add Scopes

1. Review the required scopes displayed for the integration.
2. Add additional scopes if required.

Authorization Options

Self-Authorization

• Proceed directly to Step 4.

Co-worker Authorization

1. Enter a co-worker’s details to share the connection request.
2. Zluri sends an invite email or link containing a unique Connect Code.
3. The co-worker can use the code to approve and complete the connection setup.

Step 4: Authorize the Connection

1. Paste the generated Admin Key into the Admin Key field in Zluri.
2. Enter a connection name and description.
3. Select Connect to complete the integration.

Integration Complete

Zluri connects to OpenAI and begins syncing data automatically.
