OAI-100-A: The Admin Key used to connect this integration is invalid

When this error occurs

This error occurs when the Admin Key used to connect OpenAI to Zluri is invalid, incorrectly copied, or malformed.

How to resolve

  1. Verify the Admin Key

    • Copy the entire Admin Key without extra spaces or characters.
    • Ensure no characters are missing from the beginning or end.
    • Confirm the Admin Key is active.

  2. Generate a new Admin Key if required

    1. Go to OpenAI → Settings → Organization → Admin Keys.
    2. Select Create new secret key.
    3. Assign the permissions required for the Zluri integration.
    4. Copy the generated Admin Key immediately. OpenAI does not display the key again after creation.

  3. Reconnect the integration

    • Reconnect the integration in Zluri after verifying or replacing the Admin Key.
