The platform is typically the system of record for the employee lifecycle, from hire through termination, and exposes that data through its HCM REST APIs.

With direct integration with UKG Pro, organizations can track which employees hold UKG Pro accounts and see each account's work email, name, username, status, and assigned UKG roles. Zluri reads this data on every sync, so the user list stays aligned with the HR record.

When UKG Pro is set as the primary source, Zluri uses the employee status from UKG Pro to drive user status across the platform, which keeps onboarding and offboarding in other applications tied to the HR event. The integration is read-only and does not change any data in UKG Pro.
