This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Darwinbox with Zluri, along with steps to resolve them.

DWB_100: The credentials used to connect this integration are invalid

This error occurs when connecting Darwinbox to Zluri with an incorrect Instance URL, Username, Password, or API Key or Dataset key.

To resolve:

1. Verify the Basic Authentication credentials

   1. Go to Darwinbox > Admin Apps > Darwinbox Studio > Studio Users

   2. Confirm the Studio user created for Zluri exists.

   3. If the password is unknown, reset it, then copy the username and password exactly, with no leading or trailing spaces

2. Verify the API Key or Dataset Key

   • Go to Darwinbox Studio > Darwinbox API Keys

   • Confirm the key is mapped to the correct Studio user, module, and endpoint

   • Copy the entire API key without missing any characters at the start or end

   • Also copy the Dataset Key, if the integration requires it

3. Verify the Instance URL

   • Use the base URL only, for example https://{company}.darwinbox.in, without any endpoint path

After correcting the credentials, reconnect the integration in Zluri.
