Workable

Workable is a recruiting platform built around an applicant tracking system, with optional HR features for employee records, onboarding and time off. Organisations use it to publish jobs, source and evaluate candidates, run hiring pipelines with their hiring teams and manage offers.

Each Workable account has a set of members, the people who sign in to Workable to take part in hiring. A member has a name, a work email, an account-wide access level (Super Admin, Admin, Standard or Restricted) and per-job hiring roles.

Zluri + Workable

With a direct integration with Workable, Zluri reads the account's member list through the Workable API and records each active member, by name and work email, as a user of the Workable application. This shows who holds a Workable seat, supports periodic access reviews, and lets you compare the member list with your HR system to find people who have left but still have access.
