Darwinbox is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform that manages the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to separation. It serves as the system of record for employee data, including personal and job details, reporting structure, department, location, and employment status.

The platform includes modules for core HR, leave and attendance, payroll, performance, and recruitment. It is commonly used by HR and people operations teams to maintain a single source of truth for workforce data across group companies and business units.

Zluri + Darwinbox

With direct integration with Darwinbox, organizations can bring both active and inactive employee records into Zluri as the authoritative source of identity data. Zluri uses attributes such as work email, department, job title, reporting manager, location, and employment status to keep user profiles current and to flag accounts that still have application access after an employee has exited.

Employee lifecycle events in Darwinbox can drive automated onboarding and offboarding workflows in Zluri. New joiners can be provisioned to applications based on attributes such as department, business unit, or job title, and leavers can be deprovisioned once their status changes to inactive. Zluri can also write the assigned work email back to the employee record in Darwinbox as part of an onboarding workflow.
