Dayforce

Dayforce is a human capital management platform that combines HR, payroll, benefits, workforce management and talent management in a single cloud application. It holds the employee record for an organization, including employment status, job, department, location and reporting lines.

Dayforce controls what each user can do through security roles, and controls access to employee documents and time clocks through document management security groups and clock device groups.

Zluri + Dayforce

With direct integration with Dayforce, organizations can bring their Dayforce employee directory into Zluri, including work and personal email, department, job title, business unit, office location, reporting manager, date of joining, date of termination and employment status. Zluri tracks which users hold a Dayforce account and whether each account is active or inactive.

Zluri also shows the security roles assigned to each user, along with membership of document management security groups and clock device groups. This supports regular access reviews, including identifying terminated employees who still hold a Dayforce account.
