HIB-100-A: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid
The API key used to connect the integration is invalid
This error occurs while connecting HiBob to Zluri with an invalid API key. To fix this issue:
- Carefully follow the instructions for API token generation in the integration document.
- Copy the API key as-is while entering it in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.
Afterwards, try to connect HiBob to Zluri again.
HIB-100-B: The API key used for this integration has expired or been revoked
The API key used for this integration has expired or been revoked
This error occurs if the API key used to connect HiBob to Zluri has expired or been revoked.
To fix this, create a new API token by following the instructions in the integration document and reconnect the integration.
HIB-101-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions
The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions
This error occurs when the HiBob service user does not have the necessary permissions to connect to Zluri.
To resolve this error, make sure the service user has access to People permissions in HiBob, and try to connect again.
HIB-101-B: The permissions for the user who connected the integration have been modified or revoked
The permissions for the user who connected the integration have been modified or revoked
This error occurs when the HiBob service user who connected to Zluri has lost the required permissions.
To resolve this error, make sure the service user has access to People permissions in HiBob, then reconnect the integration.
